what do I need web

without someplace to "host" your website, the
pages of your website are not available to the public for
viewing. by uploading them to a server, your website files
will be connected to the world wide web

we will work with you to develop a look and feel consistent
with the image you wish to portray for your medical practice.
you can be as involved or removed from the process as you
would like.
do you use pre-made
templates or do you make your own custom website designs?
all of our website designs are custom made for you so, while
there may be some similarities, you wont see your design
showing up on your competitors websites.
can you help me write
the text for the website?
copy writing services are available, including incorporation
of keywords in the right location, combination, and frequency
to boost your rankings in the search engines
do you offer website
hosting services?
yes, our servers are up 99.9% of the time, and our rates
are very inexpensive. all of our package plans include either
1 or 2 years of hosting, free!
I've seen fancy graphics
and little movies on other websites. can you do that?
absolutely, flash or motion graphics is one of our specialtites.

I have a lot of before
and after photographs. can you put them into a database?
the before and after photograph upload program organizes
your photos into a database. the database can then be searched
by various fields such as patient age, gender, procedure,
or keyword in the description. this feature is included
with all of the package plans.
will I be able to
add more before and after photographs myself after the site
is launched, or do I have to pay you more to do that?
with the before and after photograph upload program, it
will be simple for you or a member of your staff to do it
yourself. you just upload the file, plug in the description,
and then your photo will be available for viewing.
are there other things
I can add to my website to make it more interesting and
fun?
message boards, guestbooks, banners, streaming video and
audio, ecommerce, clocks, and countdowns are a few of the
things you can use to enhance your web site. the physician's

I'm thinking about
adding a store to the website. Can you do that, too?
yes, whether you want to sell a few items or thousands,
we can format and program an online store for you, including

can you provide me
with statistics about my website traffic?
yes, once you have implemented a website, it's a good idea
to use web analytics to track it's effectiveness, and make
modifications as necessary to maximize your results. a basic
website statistics software program is included with all
of our websites. more powerful tools with advanced reporting
is available for an additional fee starting at $20per month.
all I want is a logo.
can you help?
yes, we are happy to design a logo for you, and if you happen
to be considering a website, a logo is the best place to
start since your entire website will be designed around

can you make some
printed materials to match the design of the website?
yes, we can incorporate your logo into business cards, brochures,
and stationary, and we offer graphic design for advertisements

what is search engine optimization?
whenever someone searches on the internet, they use a search
engine such as google, msn, yahoo, dogpile, etcetera. the
results of that search are ranked according to an algorithm
that determines how relevant the website is to that search
query. the term, search engine optimization is used to describe
a variety of methods that will increase the chances that
a search engine will deem your site relevant to the user's
search.
how do you promote
my site for the search engines?
the most important factor in search engine optimization
is simply offering your visitors a lot of good content.
beyond that, it is important to start with a design that
is friendly to the search engines, and use a variety of
search engine optimization methods such as keyword research
and copy writing, link popularity, metatags, alt tags, search
engine submission, and frequent, ongoing maintenance.
can you trick the
search engines to get my website a higher ranking?
tricking the search engines by methods known as cloaking,
keyword stuffing, 1-pixel images, and invisible font not
only is unethical, but may get your website permanently
banned by the search engines. we do not use any of these
methods.
what are keywords
and metatags?
a keyword (or keyword phrase) is what someone types into
the search engine to find a website with content relevant
to their search. metatags are pieces of computer code that
are placed into the web page that are not seen by viewers
of your web page. metatags can tell a browser (search engine)
all sorts of important bits of information, such as the
title, description, and keywords of your website, to name
a few.
do you use automated
software to submit my website to the search engines?
because each search engine has its own guidelines about
when to submit and how often, we do all of our submissions
by hand. submitting to frequently can result in a penalty
by the search engines.
what other ways can
I get more traffic to my website, and more new patients?
we can help you devise a plan for internet marketing that
may include email newsletters, pay-per-click advertisements
in search engines, banner advertisements on other websites,

dollars. on a per page, basis our website packages come
out to $150 to $250 per page.

we offer very generous packages containing some items that
you will not find anywhere! all of our packages include
domain name registration, 1 or 2 years web hosting, logo
design, basic search engine submission, 6 or 12 months free
updates, the before and after photo upload program, a contact
form, mailing list sign up form, stock photos, access to

I'm afraid my site
might be too large (or too small) for your web development
firm.
there is honestly no job too large or too small for us.

How long does it take
to build a website?
It can take as little as a week, depending on how quickly
you make decisions and how complicated a site you wish to
have. If you need a website sooner than 1 week, please inquire
about our RUSH jobs. Most doctors websites are completed
in about 2 weeks after settling on a design.
How do I proceed with
developing an internet marketing plan?
If you already have a website and want to move forward with
promoting it, we'll need to assess your goals, budget, and
current level of marketing. We can then provide you with
